Lucky Llama Roofs is building a high‑performance roofing sales team, and we’re hiring experienced closers who know how to run appointments, build trust fast, and close high‑ticket projects.
If you’ve closed solar, windows, HVAC, pest, alarms, or any in‑home service — roofing is the same skillset with bigger commissions and higher close rates.
This is a true closer role.
What You’ll Do
· Run pre‑set roofing inspection appointments
· Perform or support basic roof inspections
· Present scope, materials, pricing, and timelines
· Build trust and guide homeowners through decisions
· Close deals and hand off cleanly to operations
· Follow up with urgency and discipline
