HomeX Marketing is growing in the Reading area, and we’re looking for outgoing, motivated people to join our solar team.
This is an entry-level, field-based position where you’ll talk with homeowners, introduce them to solar, and schedule appointments for our Solar Consultants.
No solar experience? No sales experience? That’s okay. We train you.
We’re much more interested in finding people who are confident, coachable, and ready to work.
What You'll Do
Your job is pretty straightforward:
- Work in assigned neighborhoods around the Reading area
- Meet and talk with homeowners
- Start conversations about solar and potential energy savings
- Schedule interested homeowners with a Solar Consultant
- Track your daily activity and goals
- Work alongside a competitive, high-energy team
You are NOT responsible for closing the full solar sale. Your focus is starting the conversation and setting the appointment.
What You Can Earn
This is a performance-based, commission position with uncapped earning potential.
Top performers regularly earn $2,000–$5,000+ per week.
The better you get, the more you can earn — there’s no hourly pay ceiling holding you back.
