Job Description
Moutain Moving & Storage is hiring CDL and Non-CDL Drivers to join our full-service moving team. We are looking for reliable, safety-focused professionals who enjoy hands-on work, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a crew on the move.

Key Responsibilities
- Driving & Logistics: Safely operate company trucks (CDL or Non-CDL) and navigate local, intrastate, and/or interstate routes.
- Crew Leadership: Lead and motivate moving crews during residential and commercial moves.
- Hands-On Labor: Efficiently load, transport, and unload household goods and equipment.
- Safety & Compliance: Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintain accurate driver logs/shipment paperwork, and ensure strict adherence to DOT and company safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide professional, courteous, and high-quality service to clients throughout the moving process.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license held for at least 2 consecutive years with a clean driving record.
- Valid CDL required only for CDL-specific positions.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and handle physical labor daily.
- Willingness to travel locally, intrastate, and/or interstate as needed.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening (zero-tolerance policy).
- Preferred: Prior moving or driving experience and DOT regulations knowledge (though paid training is provided).
