Dance Instructor
The {507} Dance Company is seeking passionate, energetic, and positive dance instructors to join our growing team in Southeast Minnesota. We serve dancers of all ages and abilities in our communities of St. Charles, Lewiston, and Rushford, and we’re looking for instructors who are excited to make a meaningful impact on young dancers both inside and outside the classroom.

Responsibilities
- Teach engaging, age-appropriate dance classes for students of varying ages and skill levels
- Create lesson plans that promote both technical growth and a love of dance
- Foster a positive, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide constructive feedback while encouraging confidence and personal growth
- Maintain classroom structure and age-appropriate behavior expectations
- Prepare students for performances, recitals, and other studio events
- Communicate professionally with studio leadership, families, and fellow instructors
- Continue learning and growing as an educator and team member
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of dance teaching experience preferred
- Experience teaching children and working with a variety of age groups
- Strong knowledge in one or more dance styles (acrobatics, gymnastics, ballet, tap, lyrical, jazz, hip hop, tap, musical theater, contemporary, pom, etc.)
- Positive attitude and ability to connect with students
- Dependable, organized, and professional
- Team-oriented mindset
- Growth and learning-oriented mindset
- Passion for helping young people grow both as dancers and individuals
