As a Direct Care Staff Member, you’ll do more than just work a shift- you’ll build friendships, create meaningful experiences, and become a trusted part of someone’s daily life.
What You’ll Do:
· Support adults with disabilities in daily activities
· Encourage independence, confidence, and personal growth
· Assist with community outings, routines, and life skills
· Create a positive, safe, and FUN environment
· Be a compassionate teammate and advocate

Hours can range from 7am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, and may include transportation of participants.
We can assist with obtaining a fingerprint card and required certifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.69 - $18.22 per hour
