What You’ll Be Responsible For
✅ Leading residential and commercial painting crews
✅ Managing daily production, jobsite organization, and workflow
✅ Ensuring projects stay on schedule and within production goals
✅ Maintaining high standards for quality, cleanliness, and professionalism
✅ Communicating with customers throughout the project
✅ Managing crew accountability, attendance, and performance
✅ Training, coaching, and developing team members
✅ Identifying and solving jobsite challenges proactively
✅ Creating a positive, motivated, team-oriented work environment
✅ Representing McLain’s Painting professionally at all times
Attributes a successful candidate must possess:
✔ Professional painting industry experience
✔ Previous leadership experience as a Crew Leader, Foreman, Superintendent, or Project Manager
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Ability to lead people while maintaining accountability and morale
✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
✔ Ownership mentality and pride in workmanship
✔ Comfortable using technology and learning company systems
✔ Desire to grow long-term with a stable, professional company
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Drivers License

- Reliable Vehicle

Position will require 40-50 hours/week, with occasional weekends. Salary and benefits will be based off of experience. Benefits to include: iPad, cell phone, and use of a company vehicle with gas card. Familiarity with the industry is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
