Full Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

Owns delivery coordination for their hub. Single point of contact to the Architect for resourcing,

scheduling and escalation. Accountable for SLA adherence and utilization reporting.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

ServiceNow project delivery scoping and coordination

Risk and issue management

Agile delivery execution

Capacity Planning, Sprint and backlog management

ServiceNow PPM, PMO and reporting tools

BEHAVIOURS

Stakeholder mgmt across TCS and ServiceNow

Escalation handling and conflict resolution

Onboarding coordination for new TCS resources

CERTIFICATIONS: PMP or equivalent · CSA preferred · Agile certified

Salary Range: $82,000 - $140,000 a year
