Early Learning Coalition of Pinellas County is searching for Quality Programs Supervisor. This position will be responsible for overseeing, developing, and managing quality projects that promote high-quality early learning environments and prepare children for successful Kindergarten entry.
Essential Duties include:
- Provides daily supervision of Support/Specialists staff, including but not limited to, approving and coordinating leave time; disciplining; addressing staff concerns; providing support and guidance; training new hires; and facilitating staff meetings.
- Prepares program reports as needed.
- Interprets and oversees policies related to Quality Programs.
- Reviews processes and systems in conjunction with Provider Services Manager.
- Manages the certifications and renewals of staff CLASS reliability.
- Prepares proposals for departmental project budgets.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Child Development, Early Childhood or related field required
- Five (5) years of related experience.
- Classroom Observation Scoring System (CLASS) certifications preferred. Certification is required upon availability of course.

- Ability to interact as part of a team by exhibiting dependability, cooperation, initiative, and punctuality.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Hours: Normal Coalition Hours are Monday- Friday, 8am- 4:30pm. 40 Hours per week
Travel is required.
Pay: $60,979.30 per year
