Location: Maryland (Applicants from Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. are welcome if willing to travel.)
Job Type: Contract / Part-Time Consultant HighLevel CRM Customization & Implementation Coach (In-Person)
Pay: $40–$60 per hour (Based on experience)
Important: I am not looking for someone to build a CRM from scratch. My HighLevel account is already established. I need an expert to help me configure, organize, and improve what already exists.
This is a collaborative, in-person project where we'll work together inside my account. I want to understand the platform while we build, so I'm looking for someone who enjoys teaching and explaining their process.
Duties
- Review my existing HighLevel account
- Recommend improvements and best practices
- Customize pipelines and opportunity stages
- Build dashboards and reports
- Configure workflows and automations
- Organize custom fields, tags, and processes
- Connect integrations when needed
- Document changes
- Provide hands-on coaching during implementation
- Provide hands-on coaching during implementation.
- Explain technical concepts in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
- Test new features and recommend ongoing improvements.
Experience
- Advanced experience using HighLevel CRM.
- Experience building CRM workflows and automations.
- Experience creating dashboards and reporting.
- Strong understanding of CRM organization and implementation.
- Ability to analyze existing systems and recommend improvements.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in person.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
