Front Counter Associate

Front Counter Associate responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and creating a positive first impression
- Engaging with guests and making them feel valued and comfortable
- Accurately taking guest orders and answering questions about menu items
- Operating the point-of-sale system and processing cash, credit, and other payments accurately
- Ensuring orders are prepared and presented accurately
- Communicating effectively with kitchen and team members to provide a seamless guest experience
- Offering assistance or recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Anticipating guests' needs and proactively addressing questions or concerns
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter and guest area
- Working efficiently and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Thanking guests for choosing FMK and inviting them to return
