This leadership role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving clinical excellence and shaping the future of women’s health services at a state-of-the-art facility.
Your Role-
Oversee the OB/GYN hospitalist team and clinical operations

Foster strong, trusted relationships across the practice and hospital teams

Partner with leadership to align goals and strategies

Labor and delivery management

Coverage for unassigned OB patients

OBED and in-house support for general OB and emergent GYN

Serve at Arkansas' largest nonprofit hospital, home to a Level III NICU and the region's primary transfer center
