Fresh & Clean Services is hiring for a hybrid position combining hands-on field supervision with commission-based sales.
This role blends two part-time functions into one full-time position: overseeing cleaning crews at commercial accounts, and generating new business by meeting business decision makers in person and closing cleaning contracts on-site.
Location: (Northwest Indiana / Chicagoland)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule
Part-time Field Supervisor plus part-time Sales Representative, five days a week, combined into one full-time position.
Field Supervisor Responsibilities
Oversee cleaning crews across assigned commercial accounts, including auto dealerships, medical offices, and industrial facilities.
Conduct in-person inspections and quality checks.
Provide hands-on training and coaching to cleaning staff.
Verify job completion through photo documentation.
Address client concerns on-site and escalate issues as needed.
Enforce company quality and professionalism standards.
Handling call-outs
Restocking supplies
Sales Representative Responsibilities
Prospect new business exclusively in person, at the customer's place of business, including car dealerships, medical centers, factories, and other commercial facilities.
Conduct in-person facility walkthroughs and deliver custom quotes on-site.
Close recurring commercial cleaning contracts directly with facility managers and business owners, typically $1,000 or more per month, on one- to three-year terms.
Handle objections around budget, timing, and decision-making authority face to face.
Follow up on proposals in person or by direct outreach to a known business contact.
This is an outside, business-to-business sales role. All sales activity is conducted away from Fresh & Clean's place of business, at commercial customer locations. This is not an inside sales, telemarketing, call center, or remote-based position, and it does not include cold calling from an office or desk. This role does not sell to individual consumers.
Compensation
Field Supervisor role: fixed, guaranteed salary, part-time.
Sales Rep role: commission only, 10 percent of every contract's monthly value, paid for as long as the client remains active or you remain employed.
Milestone bonus, in addition to commission: $200 after $5,000 in new monthly recurring revenue closed, and $500 after $10,000 in new monthly recurring revenue closed.
No cap on commission earnings.
Earning Potential Example
Commission is recurring, not one-time. You earn it every month the account stays active. Bonuses are one-time payouts on top of ongoing commission.
1 account at $5,000 a month: $500 monthly commission, plus a $200 bonus.
2 accounts at $5,000 a month each: $1,000 monthly commission, plus a $500 bonus.
3 accounts at $5,000 a month each: $1,500 monthly commission, plus a $500 bonus.
5 accounts at $5,000 a month each: $2,500 monthly commission, plus a $500 bonus.
A single $5,000-a-month account closed on a three-year contract term is worth $18,000 in commission alone over the life of that deal, plus your milestone bonus, on top of your Field Supervisor pay.
Requirements
Reliable transportation; this role requires regular travel between commercial customer sites.
Comfortable approaching business decision makers face to face at their place of business.
Prior experience in commercial cleaning, facilities, or B2B outside sales preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to hold a team accountable to quality standards.
Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently in the field.
