Job Overview:
As a Retail Support Staff you will perform a variety of duties as assigned by the Store Manager such as provide customer service, organize merchandise, pricing items and maintain order and cleanliness of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries and product selections.
- Operate the cash register with accuracy, managing transactions and processing returns seamlessly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area.
- Sort, price, and organize donated items for display.
- Stock shelves and create appealing product displays to enhance the shopping experience.
- Support sales goals by working together as part of a cohesive team.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Respond well to supervision and work well with other employees
- Possess skills in retail sales and customer service
