Current State Insurance Producer License for Life and Health.
Minimum of five years of direct sales leadership experience within the insurance sector.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue growth targets.
Strong analytical skills for identifying market trends and sales opportunities.
Comprehensive knowledge of life, health, and annuity product lines.
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and CRM management.
Experience in mentoring and developing high-performing sales staff.
Develop and execute a long-term strategic sales plan to expand our market share in the Norwalk region.
Lead, mentor, and inspire our sales team to achieve their individual and collective performance goals.
Monitor sales metrics and provide actionable feedback to help agents refine their outreach and closing techniques.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with community leaders and local businesses to grow our referral network.
Collaborate with the underwriting and product teams to ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant to current market needs.
Regularly analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted training initiatives.
