- Full-Time: 32–36 hours/week
- Part-Time: 8–16 hours/week
Pay: $55/hr-$59/hr
Schedule
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Two Saturdays per month: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a well-established medical weight loss practice. The ideal candidate will enjoy building long-term relationships with patients while helping them achieve healthier lifestyles through comprehensive medical weight management. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider seeking a long-term or permanent role in a positive, patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for weight management.
- Prescribe and manage medications as appropriate.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Educate patients on healthy lifestyle modifications and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Promote a positive patient experience through ongoing support and education.
RN01
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois Nurse Practitioner License.
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN).
- Minimum 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Experience in medication management and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
