Ukie Painting is looking for an outgoing, energetic, and confident person to help us connect with homeowners in neighborhoods where we are currently working or recently completed projects.
This is NOT just a door-hanger delivery job.
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable being on their feet, enjoys talking to people, and can naturally start a conversation with homeowners.
What you’ll do:
- Visit neighborhoods where our crews are working or recently completed projects
- Distribute Ukie Painting door hangers to surrounding homes
- Talk with homeowners who are outside or have questions about our work
- Introduce Ukie Painting and our services in a friendly, professional way
- Help generate new leads and opportunities from the neighborhoods we already work in
- Represent our company and brand professionally
Schedule:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. You can work during the day, but afternoons into early evenings are usually the best and most productive times.
For the right person, there is an opportunity to increase hours and eventually move into a full-time position.
Who we’re looking for:
- Outgoing and comfortable talking to new people
- Great communication and people skills
- Quick on your feet and able to answer basic homeowner questions
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Comfortable walking and working outside
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Sales or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required. Personality, communication skills, and attitude are more important to us.
Compensation:
$17/hour
Additional bonuses for generating qualified leads and opportunities
You will initially use your own vehicle to travel between neighborhoods. As the position develops, a company vehicle may be provided to the right person.
