Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Territory Sales Representative to grow our presence within the mobile home and manufactured housing market across Florida.
This role focuses on developing new business while managing and expanding existing accounts within a well-defined territory. The ideal candidate has experience calling on mobile home dealers, manufactured housing suppliers, or related building supply channels and is comfortable working independently to drive results.
This position offers a base salary plus commission structure, with strong earning potential tied directly to performance.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow sales within the mobile home and manufactured housing channel
- Identify and open new accounts through prospecting, networking, and industry relationships
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships
- Present product offerings and drive adoption across accounts
- Manage territory activity, pricing discussions, and order follow-through
- Track opportunities and customer interactions using CRM tools
- Work closely with internal teams to support customer needs and ensure smooth fulfillment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory sales
- Preferred: experience with mobile home, manufactured housing, RV, or building supply customers
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills
- Ability to prospect and open new business independently
- Effective communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory and schedule
Compensation

Florida (with focus on key mobile home markets)
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
