As a Waterproofing, Crawlspace and Foundation Repair Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines solving real problems for homeowners. You’ll work hands-on to install industry-leading waterproofing, crawlspace and foundation repair solutions in basements and crawl spaces. You’ll learn from experienced team members and have opportunities to grow from an Installer to a Foreman — and beyond.

Install waterproofing, foundation repair and crawl space systems according to company standards
Use power tools, hand tools, and job-specific equipment safely and effectively
Load/unload materials and maintain job site cleanliness
Work alongside and support your crew to deliver high-quality work and an exceptional customer experience
Communicate with team leaders to solve problems and ensure successful project completion
Represent the company in a respectful, responsible, and professional manner at all times

High school diploma or GED preferred;

1+ years of experience in the -construction trades; or,

A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
