Nathaniel Reid Bakery is an award-winning bakery known for high-quality pastries, desserts, and sandwiches. We’re looking for a hard-working Viennoiserie Baker with a passion for providing excellent food and service.
Pay & Schedule
- $18–19/hr, based on experience
- Full-time position, typically 10:00am–6:00pm, Mon–Fri
- (Occasional Sunday shift as needed)
- We’re closed
What You’ll Do
- Mix, laminate, sheet, and shape croissants, kouign amann, puff pastry, and other doughs
- Mix, sheet, and shape puff pastry
- Keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and organized
- Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with front and back-of-house team
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable and professional
- Takes initiative and works well in a team
- Detail oriented, clean, and consistent
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- 1+ year of experience with bread and laminated doughs required
