Training & Scheduling
Every new team member begins by learning the fundamentals during afternoon and evening shifts. As your training progresses and you demonstrate reliability, initiative, and consistency, you'll be trained on opening procedures and become eligible to work morning opening shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Prepare our signature ice cream creations, shakes, and smoothies
- Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
- Work efficiently during busy rushes while supporting your teammates
IMPORTANT: NO FACIAL PIERCINGS ARE PERMITTED WHILE WORKING.
