Responsibilities

- Ensure food safety standards are maintained at all times through proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, slicers, stoves, ovens, and food processors
- Support food presentation by plating dishes attractively and ensuring consistency across all orders
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal preparation during busy service hours
- Follow safety protocols in production areas to prevent accidents and ensure a clean working environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or the food industry is highly preferred
- Strong knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques and ingredient preparation
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to safety standards in production environments
- Experience with dietary department procedures or dietary aide roles is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
