Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, including residential homes, commercial spaces, and hotels. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that all areas are kept in pristine condition.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained.
- Execute floor tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning.
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens .
- Provide janitorial services that encompass waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences with professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning roles such as custodial or janitorial positions is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel cleaning techniques and standards.
- Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping management is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement or additional care.
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and cleaning supplies usage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
