Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express Waynesboro or Spark by Hilton Waynesboro with KM Hotels and ensure our residential or commercial spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, managing household or facility upkeep, and creating a welcoming environment for residents, guests, or clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to a pristine, organized, and hygienic setting that exceeds expectations every day.
WEEKENDS REQUIRED: OPEN AVAILABILITY RECOMMENDED.
TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAY AT SPARK BY HILTON AND FRIDAY-SUNDAY AT HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS
Key Duties:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean bathrooms, including sinks, showers/tubs, toilets, mirrors, and floors.
- Empty trash bins and remove debris.
- Vacuum, dust, and mop floors throughout the property.
- Shampoo carpets as needed.
- Clean and organize kitchen areas, including washing dishes and wiping counters.
- Ensure rooms are fully stocked and ready for guest arrivals.
- Retrieve additional supplies from storage as necessary.
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
- Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
Physical Demands Requirements:
- Regularly required to walk, stand, kneel, and reach with hands and arms.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
