Are you a passionate social media enthusiast looking for a unique, fun, and rewarding place to work part-time? Oasis Face Bar is on the hunt for a social media manager to join our Rocky River team! We're a little different than your traditional spa—we’ve reinvented the experience with our open-concept facial bar, blending relaxation with a vibrant and upbeat vibe. What sets us apart? We offer facials AND a plethora of clinical treatments in a cool, open-concept setting, combining professional skincare results with a laid-back atmosphere.

We're looking for someone to join on our team starting in August. Part time hours: up to 15 hours per week
About Us:
At Oasis Face Bar, each service is a 30-minute rejuvenating experience, with plenty of ways to customize and add a personal touch. We’re all about keeping things fresh, welcoming, and a little bit hip while offering top-notch skincare. Think of it as a blend between your favorite local hangout and the ultimate self-care destination!
Who We’re Looking For:
A friendly, ambitious, and easy-going social media enthusiast, with a love for social media and a knack for effectively creating content that helps customers find their new facial bar!
Here’s what we’d love to see in you:
- Content Creation: Conceptualize, film, and edit short-form video, photo, and graphic content (I.e. stories / reels) for platforms like TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
- Trend Mastery: Stay ahead of internet culture, audio/visual trends, and platform-specific formatting (e.g., hooks, pacing, text overlays) to keep the brand culturally relevant.
- Calendar Management: Plan, organize, and post a monthly social content calendar (reels / stories / posts).
- Brand Storytelling: Translate services, treatments and products into engaging, scroll-stopping narratives.
- Influencer Management: work with existing and new influencers to implement the brands monthly influencer posting schedule
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Find and connect with like minded businesses in the area to create business to business collaborations (I.e. joint instagram giveaways, etc.)
