We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate specializing in Stone and Countertops to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Operate warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and other heavy machinery safely and effectively.
- Manage inventory control through accurate tracking using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software such as AS400.
- Assist in the stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving of stone slabs and countertops with precision and care.
- Load and unload materials using appropriate material handling equipment while adhering to safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and proper storage of heavy materials.
- Follow safety protocols diligently by utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) during all tasks involving manual handling or heavy lifting.
- Support logistics operations by coordinating order fulfillment, order picking, packaging, and shipment preparation efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and material handling machinery.
- Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes including shipping & receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations (OSHA standards) and best practices for heavy lifting and manual handling.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software like AS400, and technical proficiency in using various warehouse tools.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, measurements, and order processing.
- Prior experience in warehouse supervision or logistics roles is preferred but not required.
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for stock control and order accuracy.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials regularly while maintaining safety standards.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
