Role Overview
Our manufacturing facility is looking for dependable individuals with a sharp eye for detail to serve as Machine Operators. You will be tasked with the safe and productive operation of injection molding equipment to ensure all output aligns with our quality benchmarks. We welcome beginners; no previous machine experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training for all eager learners.
Core Duties-
Manage the simultaneous operation of 3 to 4 injection molding units.

Supply machines with necessary plastic resins and materials.

Oversee equipment functionality to guarantee optimal output.

Ensure product excellence by identifying and removing defective items, such as flashing, to help maintain high manufacturing standards.

Perform essential quality assessments, including leak testing to confirm lid integrity.

Conduct durability checks to ensure lids function correctly and meet performance expectations.

Keep your designated workspace tidy and well-organized.

Adhere to all safety protocols to help maintain a secure environment for the entire team.
