About the Role:
As a Dietary Cook, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve delicious and nutritious meals to our Residents. You will work closely with our Dietary Manager to plan and coordinate menu planning, food preparation, and food service. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals to our Residents, adhering to dietary restrictions and special requests
- Plan and coordinate menu planning with the Dietary Manager, considering Resident preferences and nutritional needs
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and serving, ensuring high-quality presentation and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety guidelines
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed
- Collaborate with the Dietary Manager to troubleshoot kitchen operations and implement improvements
- Provide exceptional customer service to our Residents, family members, and staff
