We’re hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Pool Service Technician to handle pool tile cleaning (including calcium removal) and weekly pool maintenance. This is a frontline role with direct impact on customer satisfaction and company reputation. If you show up on time, work efficiently, and take pride in clean results—we want to talk.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform pool tile cleaning, including heavy calcium scale removal
- Weekly pool maintenance: brushing, skimming, vacuuming, chemical balancing
- Inspect pool equipment and report issues proactively
- Maintain clean, professional job sites
- Communicate clearly with customers when needed
- Properly maintain tools, chemicals, and company vehicle
Requirements
- Experience in pool cleaning and tile/calcium removal (preferred but not required)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
