Maintain and enhance grounds using hand and power tools and equipment

Perform a variety of landscaping tasks, including sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, digging, and raking

Assist with sprinkler installation and repair as needed

Work outdoors in all weather conditions throughout the year

Care for and maintain assigned tools and equipment according to manufacturer guidelines

Ensure safe and efficient use of materials and equipment

Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to company standards

Previous landscaping experience preferred

Knowledge of turf care and fertilization is a plus

Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks

Effective teamwork and communication skills

Physically able to bend, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs, walk extensively, and navigate uneven terrain

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

4-day work week (MondayThursday, 7am5pm or later; occasional Fridays as needed)
