Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our team in Inglewood. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse and logistics operations, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure and verify cargo weights and dimensions accurately
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently
- Pack, wrap, label, and prepare shipments for transportation
- Utilize RF scanners to maintain inventory accuracy
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Support shipping and receiving operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times
- Assist with general warehouse and logistics-related duties as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of shipping and receiving experience within a logistics, warehouse, freight, or distribution environment
- Current forklift certification required
- Experience operating warehouse equipment and material handling equipment
- Basic experience using RF scanners and inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work the required schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, cargo, or distribution operations
- Experience with freight handling, shipment verification, and inventory control
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
