Position: Dietary Aide
Location: Boynton Beach, Florida
Shift: Part-Time - 4pm-8pm
Salary: Up to $17.00 per hour
Job Description:
Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a reliable and dedicated Dietary Aide to join our dietary team. The Dietary Aide plays a key role in ensuring our residents receive nutritious, high-quality meals while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist the cook as directed by the Food Service Director.
Prepare and label nourishments according to center procedures.
Portion and prepare desserts, salads, and other non-entrée foods; pour and serve beverages.
Follow production sheets and pre-preparation guidelines to ensure accurate food preparation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or nursing home setting.
Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality.
