Join our dynamic team as a Pool Tech Assistant.
Duties
- Ride along and assist Pool Tech and learn the business.
- Support water chemistry balancing by handling chemical agents safely and accurately
- Perform regular pool cleaning tasks including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and debris removal
- Conduct water treatment chemical handling with strict adherence to safety protocols to ensure proper chemical balance
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, chemical usage, and equipment inspection
Skills
- On time, willing to work, can lift and carry 40 pound bags of salt. Good hygiene
- Bonus skills wish list:
- Experience with pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment repair
- Knowledge of water treatment chemicals and proper handling procedures for safe use
- Familiarity with aquatic facility operations or outdoor work environments preferred
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients or team members
- Valid driver’s license
