What This Job Is
This is a senior-level phone sales role built specifically for closers with proven experience in debt settlement, and it's structured differently than most. Rather than taking a large cut and leaving you with the leftovers, this is an opportunity to work directly alongside me as we scale this operation. We're looking to attract the strongest reps in the industry by offering higher upside than what's standard elsewhere.
You will be taking warm, qualified live transfers from consumers who have actively expressed interest in resolving their credit card and personal loan debt. Every consumer has expressed interest in debt relief. Your job is to understand their situation, present a debt settlement solution, and close the deal.
You fund your own leads through our established, proven lead source, and in exchange you keep a significantly higher commission split than the industry standard. No middleman sitting between you and what you actually earn. If you're confident in your close rate and want real control and real upside, this is built for you. If you've never worked debt settlement or a similar high-trust financial sales role before, this isn't the right fit.
What You'll Do
Work live transfer leads through our vetted lead source, conduct a consultative needs assessment, present a settlement program, handle objections, and enroll qualified clients. All work is done remotely from your home. Recommended hours are 10-7 with an hour for lunch.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of direct debt settlement or debt relief sales experience, required
- A real, verifiable close rate you can speak to specifically
- Comfortable funding your own lead spend in exchange for a higher commission split
- Self motivated, you don't need someone standing over you to perform
- Coachable and process driven, willing to follow an established qualification process
- Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
Compensation
Commission on total enrolled debt, meaningfully above standard industry splits, no base, no cap. This structure requires funding your own lead spend, but gives you significantly more upside and more control over your own volume than a traditional fixed-commission role. Strong performers with a real close rate can earn well into six figures. Your income and your investment are both entirely in your control.

If you've never worked debt settlement sales before, this isn't for you. If you're not comfortable spending your own money on leads, even with a strong commission split, this isn't for you. If you need a guaranteed paycheck or someone else absorbing your risk, this isn't for you.

If you can lead with empathy, handle someone who is rude or emotional without taking it personally, and still guide them toward a solution that changes their financial situation, you will thrive here.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
