Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bartender Manager to lead our bar operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of bar operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service delivery
- Lead by example in serving beverages responsibly while maintaining a lively and engaging environment
- Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to ensure accurate order processing and cash handling
- Manage scheduling, time management, and training for bartenders to optimize team performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, alcohol regulations, and proper food handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with health codes
- Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions to deliver seamless service experiences
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to boost revenue
- Handle cash register operations including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for transactions
- Foster a positive team environment focused on customer service excellence and hospitality
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on bartending or bar management
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with retail math and cash handling is preferred
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in busy settings
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments
- Knowledge of food safety practices and alcohol regulations applicable to the hospitality industry
- Experience with serving in a fast-paced environment that requires quick thinking and adaptability
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Familiarity with brewing processes or beverage crafting is a plus but not required
