Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
Handle cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial transactions
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain quality food production and presentation
Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Experience
Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of food service operations, including cooking techniques, inventory control, and food safety regulations
Experience in cash handling and financial management
Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is a plus
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
