<Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and presentable for guests.
- Sanitate surfaces and high-touch areas to promote health and safety.
- Cook simple meals as needed for staff or guests.
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks in various settings, including offices and event spaces.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any maintenance needs or inventory shortages.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests and concerns promptly.
- Execute carpet cleaning and floor care duties to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to uphold company standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Good organizational skills to manage time effectively during shifts.
- Familiarity with laundry operations and basic cooking skills is a plus.
