Job Summary
We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Memphis, TN with a leading industrial distributor supporting customers across manufacturing, utilities, OEM, and heavy industrial markets. This role is ideal for a sales professional with industrial distribution or manufacturing experience who enjoys building relationships, solving customer challenges, and working with technical products such as pumps, valves, fluid power systems, and related industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily inside sales activity for assigned accounts, inbound inquiries, and outbound follow-up.
- Prepare accurate quotes for pumps, valves, fluid power products, process equipment, and other industrial components.
- Interpret customer requirements, specifications, and technical drawings to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Partner with outside sales representatives to support territory growth and customer development.
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to confirm pricing, product availability, lead times, and order details.
- Follow up on quotes, process orders, identify upsell opportunities, and support timely delivery to customers.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $50,000 to $65,000 per year.
