Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Pallet Build/Repair associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, repairing, and maintaining pallets to ensure quality standards are met efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment in a fast-paced environment dedicated to sustainable manufacturing practices. Paid training is provided at $20 per hour, after training completion it turns into a Piece Rate position. Employees averages from $20-$25 an hour after a couple of weeks.
Responsibilities
- Assemble new pallets using hand tools and power tools
- Repair damaged pallets by replacing broken components, re-nailing, or re-stacking as needed
- Inspect pallets for quality control, ensuring they meet safety and durability standards
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor to move materials safely around the facility
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
Requirements
- Prior experience with construction estimating, framing, or carpentry is highly desirable
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Experience in manufacturing or pallet repair is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout shifts and able to stack 20 pallets high
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Excellent teamwork skills and a commitment to safety standards

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
