Requirements
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English plus additional languages is a plus
- Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments is preferred
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening capabilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with good analysis skills for problem-solving
