Seven One Seven Parking Management Services is currently seeking a Regional Manager of Valet Operations in the Tampa area with multi-unit management experience, to manage the valet parking department for our company in our local market. The ideal candidate should be a business minded individual with strong entrepreneurial spirit and a type “A” personality.
What the ideal candidate will do:
Duties to include but not limited to
- Manage the day to day operations of an assigned area. This can include, but not be limited to, ensuring the accountability of other managers, supervisors, and front-line employees.
- Multi tasking while taking personal pride in assisting our company in building and managing their assigned locations.
- Conduct day and night audits per site with specific checklist (per schedule of shift).
- Must have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and encourage our leadership team and their team members to succeed by developing and implementing innovative training techniques.
- Generating daily and weekly reports and then submit them to the corporate office as they are prepared.
- Responsible for monetary reconciliation and reporting to corporate and local offices.
- Projecting daily work assignments, set schedules, and allocate resources to maximize profitability for the company.
- Conducting weekly meetings with team members.
- Will monitor and confirm to the corporate office that proper methods, procedures, tools, and systems are being used to perform work duties effectively.
- Insures compliance to all control procedures and documentation.
- Meet frequently with clients to keep building solid relationships and to receive performance feedback of the work being performed at that client’s facility.
- Responsible for conducting second interviews of potential employees for key positions.
- Responsible for P&L’s and Budgets.
- Responsible for auditing of employee time sheets.
- Provide advice and direction to employees relative to HR policy interpretation and compliance.
Who the ideal candidate is:
- Required a minimum of five years of stable and successful experience in hospitality , operations and management.
- Required to have flexible availability to include working nights, weekends and holidays as needed. (the schedule for this position will vary week by week based on event needs)
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must hold a valid driver's license
- Must have form of transportation (position requires drive around and multiple site visits)
- Must be a local resident in the Tampa Bay areas.
- Must have the ability to read and write English language
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must have experience with P&L’s and budgets.
- Must demonstrate a professional attitude and appearance.
- Must have a history of excellent customer service experience.
- Prior experience in labor law, benefits administration, employee relations, recruiting and hiring
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to interact with all levels of management and clientele.
- Must possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment, managing multiple tasks and produce under pressure.
- Must be organized and detail oriented.
- Must have intermediate/proficient experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Must have the ability to evaluate team member performance and able to execute disciplinary action to team members if and when necessary.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, project consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendations.
- Exceptional hospitality background
- Position requires standing and walking for long periods of time and performing physical duties including lifting.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Total annual compensation opportunity of up to $100,000, including performance-based bonus. (Most professional and accurate.)

- 10 hour shifts
- REQUIRED flexible work schedule open to nights, weekends and holidays
- On call
