Job Description
The Warehouse Laborer play a key role in supporting the movement, organization, and inventory of heavy-duty components used in construction and industrial equipment. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading shipments, staging materials for production, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean, safe, and well-organized. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely. A strong work ethic, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety are essential for success in this role.
Job Duties
Responsible for loading/unloading trucks
Responsible for putting shipments in stock locations
Picking and packaging customer orders
Delivery of components/kits to production floor
Completion and accuracy of inventory movement paperwork
Responsible for cleanliness of warehouse area
Other duties as assigned
Education Requirements
1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Preferred Candidates
Production warehouse experience
Forklift and overhead crane certification
Understanding of inventory movement and control process and principles
Ability to drive truck with trailer, non-DOT
Good organizational skills
