Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and be proficient in facilities maintenance. This role is essential for ensuring that all equipment and systems operate efficiently, contributing to the overall productivity of our operations. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with various departments to maintain a safe and functional environment.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems using tools such as an ohmmeter and other diagnostic equipment.
- Maintain mechanical systems, including logic controllers, ensuring optimal performance.
- Document all maintenance activities accurately in compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities.
- Leadership skills to manage projects and collaborate with team members effectively.
- Electrical knowledge, including troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems.
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
