Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Operate POS system accurately to process transactions and handle cash register duties.
- Demonstrate product features to customers through effective product demos.
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and sales promotions.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when answering customer inquiries and resolving issues.
