Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces to ensure a spotless environment that exceeds guest expectations
- Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and restock supplies to maintain comfort and convenience for guests
- Perform floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to keep all surfaces immaculate
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms and common areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety
- Assist with laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Support janitorial tasks in hallways, lobbies, conference rooms, and other public spaces to uphold overall cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial work is highly preferred; experience in industrial or janitorial cleaning is a plus
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and sanitation practices
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and customer service principles is advantageous
