Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Technician for residential and commercial properties for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a pristine environment that meets our high standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to a welcoming space for employees, clients, and visitors alike. Responsibilities
- Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Wood Floors, Tile & Grout, Air Ducts and Dryer Vents.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, air duct machines and carpet cleaners to clean floors, carpets and air ducts. Keeping them in great condition.
- Handle cleaning solutions with care.
- Use proper manual handling techniques when lifting heavy cleaning supplies or equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals, ensuring proper storage and usage in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing cleaning needs promptly and professionally for our 5 start clients.
Skills.
- Skilled in operating various cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, carpet cleaners, and polishers is great but not needed.
- Physical stamina for manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach to interact effectively with clients and team.
Pay: $500.00 - $2,500.00 per week
