About the Opportunity
Lacey Lobetta & Co. is a boutique consulting firm partnering with elite aesthetic practices. We are currently hiring on behalf of two established, growing medical spas in the West Houston area — one in Katy and one in Cypress.
The front desk is the heartbeat of a luxury practice. It is the first voice a patient hears, the first face they see, and the person who shapes every impression in between. We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator who understands that this role drives revenue, retention, and patient loyalty — and who wants to be compensated accordingly.
What You'll Do
- Deliver a warm, polished, five-star experience at every touchpoint — phone, text, email, and in person
- Manage the schedule with intention: confirmations, optimized booking, waitlists, and minimizing gaps
- Guide patients through check-in and checkout, including rebooking every patient before they leave
- Educate patients on memberships, packages, and retail — and earn commission when they enroll
- Support patient financing and loyalty program enrollment (Alle, Aspire, and similar platforms)
- Keep the front of house immaculate, organized, and on-brand at all times
- Track your personal performance metrics: rebooking rate, membership conversions, and retail attachment
Who You Are
- Experienced in a customer-facing role — medical spa, salon, hospitality, or luxury retail preferred
- Comfortable with booking software and technology (Zenoti, Boulevard, or similar a plus)
- Familiar with KPIs — or eager to learn how to track and grow your own numbers
- A natural communicator who can educate without pressuring
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and dependable — you own your desk like it's your business
- Polished, professional, and aligned with a luxury patient experience
