Job Title: PATIENT EXPERIENCE CONCIERGE
Do you genuinely enjoy talking to people?
Are you the kind of person who remembers names, notices details, and makes others feel welcome?
Do you enjoy staying organized while helping things run smoothly behind the scenes?
If so, keep reading.
Dental experience is great, but the right person is more important than the right experience.
Why Kemmet Dental Design?
Most people are surprised to learn that some of the most advanced dentistry in the country is happening right here in Minot.
Dr. Kemmet helps teach and mentor dentists from around the country on topics including airway-focused dentistry, digital workflows, same-day dentistry, implants, and comprehensive treatment planning.
But what makes our practice special isn't the technology—it's our people.
We're building a team that is passionate about learning, growing, serving others, and continually improving.
Why This Position Matters
A Patient Experience Concierge is part host, part problem-solver, part organizer, and part relationship-builder.
As the face of our office, you'll play a key role in creating the exceptional experience our patients have come to expect.
For many patients, you'll be the first voice they hear, the first face they see, and the person who helps guide them through their experience with our team.
You'll work closely with our Treatment Coordinator to help patients move smoothly through every step of their care.

- Collect payments and assist with patient checkout
- Help coordinate patient communication and follow-up
- Assist with recall and reactivation efforts

- Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
Who Thrives Here?
The people who are most successful in this role are:
- Curious — always learning
- Compassionate — genuinely care about helping others
- Consistent — reliable and dependable

- Accountable — take ownership and follow through
Many successful candidates come from backgrounds such as hospitality, customer service, retail leadership, banking, education, healthcare, and other people-focused professions.
We're looking for someone excited to help build something exceptional—not someone who simply wants to maintain the status quo.
