MA RN License, BLS required L&D experience required EPIC experience preferred Active MA license required at time of submissions. BILH Coversheet Required COVID Vaccines + Booster and 2024-2025 flu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted). Facility is not accepting local candidates. Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past year.
