The Senior Member Advisor will act as point of contact for our members. In this role you will efficiently address loan/share inquiries received. The Senior Member Advisor will demonstrate the REV brand by building strong member relationships and providing competent, courteous, and concerned service to all members.
- Interviews and assists members with applications for memberships, shares, loans, and junior real estate.
- Calculates terms, finance charges, insurance rates, etc. on loans for proper disclosure on promissory notes.
- Gathers all required information to gain loan approval within limits of loan authority.
- Disburses loans promptly and accurately.
- Closes loan applications in accordance with Credit Union policies and procedures.
- Prepares miscellaneous documents and reports and maintains related records.
- Ensures that services are provided in accordance with established Credit Union policies and are legally compliant. Ensures interviews and service requests are properly documented.
- Identifies cross-sell opportunities and cross-sells services to members.
- Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
- High School diploma
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
