Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at JR Hospitality LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages while providing excellent customer service to enhance our guests' experience. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for quality and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system and manage cash register operations.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to operate a cash register and POS system efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Knowledge of food service practices is a plus.
